Owns product definition quality for complex data product opportunities, from problem framing through Ready-to-Build handoff. Authors product specifications, metric tables, and agent context documents; makes deployment channel decisions; maintains business context layers; and represents product definition in reviews with Platform Engineering and Data Science/ML. Provide Tier 2 production support and reliability engineering for enterprise transactional platforms. Responsibilities include incident triage, server/database/cloud administration, automation (scripting, IaC), CI/CD and release support, observability, security hygiene, PostgreSQL/RDBMS operational tasks, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call and on-site support for deployments and DR activities.

Leads large-scale client implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
