Lead global product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Loyalty rewards. Translate client and market insights into product opportunities, manage full product lifecycle, support commercialization and go-to-market, enable sales and regional adoption, use data to optimize performance, and collaborate across cross-functional teams and partners to drive scalable rewards solutions that deliver client and consumer value.

Lead automated testing strategy and execution for cloud-based, microservice-oriented systems. Design reusable test frameworks, plans, cases, and data-driven automated tests across on-premises and cloud environments. Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and operational validation suites; troubleshoot defects; review coverage; and support releases. Leads a technical team delivering secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Owns the cloud platform roadmap, reusable infrastructure patterns, governance guardrails, automation, networking, reliability, FinOps, and enterprise cloud standards. Partners with engineering, product, security, architecture, finance, operations, and vendors to execute cloud initiatives, manage risks and costs, improve delivery efficiency, and develop globally distributed technical talent.
