Manage Mastercard’s North America security solutions portfolio across the product lifecycle. Design user-centered B2B and B2B2C data products, including proofs of concept, MVPs, prototypes, dashboards, chatbots, and responsive digital experiences. Conduct user research, facilitate Design Thinking workshops, validate desirability and usability, present complex data clearly, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, marketing, and global teams. Apply Lean UX, rapid prototyping, information architecture, and human-centered design to balance user needs with business objectives.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable Java and Spring software services. Drive technical initiatives, contribute to distributed-system architecture, build APIs and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and support observability, reliability, CI/CD, and on-call operations. Collaborate across product, engineering, security, and compliance teams while mentoring developers and improving automation, testing, and developer experience. Leads Mastercard Business Identity product management, translating market and customer needs into merchant trust, verification, and risk assessment services. Partners with customers, data science, legal, product development, and operational teams to improve merchant onboarding, reduce fraud, support compliance, and build digital trust infrastructure.

Conduct people analytics across the employee lifecycle, identifying trends and translating findings into actionable insights and executive-level narratives. Partner with HR, Finance, Strategy, and governance teams to support strategic decisions, data integrity, privacy compliance, and the people analytics roadmap. Manage stakeholder relationships, ad hoc requests, multiple projects, and continuous improvements to analytical products across a global organization.

Leads product strategy and development for Mastercard’s Business Identity solutions supporting agentic commerce. Translates strategic goals into roadmaps, gathers customer and stakeholder requirements, prioritizes features, and coordinates engineering, data science, legal, and commercialization teams. Manages product launches, lifecycle planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement while advancing merchant verification, risk intelligence, fraud mitigation, regulatory compliance, and digital trust. Mentors product managers and drives measurable customer and market impact.

Provides second-line oversight of credit, settlement, counterparty, collateral, liquidity, and related financial risks for BVNK’s integration into Mastercard. Monitors exposures, portfolio trends, risk appetite, limits, stress testing, and emerging risks. Challenges first-line controls, escalates breaches, develops digital asset risk frameworks, translates policies into controls, supports governance, and prepares materials for senior management, audits, and regulators.

Build and operate Mastercard’s second-line operational risk and controls capability for digital assets and BVNK. Lead risk assessments, RCSAs, control reviews, testing, monitoring, issue management, governance, reporting, and remediation. Partner with product, technology, operations, finance, compliance, security, and risk teams to identify material risks, challenge controls, support responsible growth, and align BVNK’s frameworks with Mastercard standards during integration.
