Leads and develops a team of approximately 10 Inside Sales Representatives, driving pipeline, revenue, forecasting, KPI performance, and sales execution. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, deal inspection, pipeline reviews, CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports regional partnerships and growth of the Canadian market.

Manage national enterprise accounts, resolve complex client issues, drive retention and upsell revenue, analyze client data to inform account strategies, coordinate internal teams to meet SLAs, and maintain accurate CRM and KPI records.

Drive revenue by selling Clover Capital financing solutions to existing merchants through inbound and outbound engagement. Responsibilities include consultative selling, lead generation and qualification, pipeline and CRM management, proposal discussions, negotiation, closing, referral partner relationship management, and sales performance tracking. The role is bilingual in English and French, operates onsite Monday through Thursday with remote Fridays, and requires experience in inside sales and regulated financial products is preferred.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new merchant customers for Clover, managing the sales cycle, and delivering product demonstrations.
