Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs (Oracle ADF BC REST and Jersey), implement database-level support (SQL/PLSQL), write secure reusable code, improve API tools/processes, produce documentation, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot/solve problems.

As a Product Support Analyst, you will assist customers with inquiries, analyze issues, prioritize support tickets, and test problems while liaising with internal teams.
