Independently underwrite and monitor commercial middle market credit relationships, perform in-depth financial and risk analysis, build and validate projection models, prepare credit approval memoranda and portfolio review materials, ensure data integrity, escalate emerging risks, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead portfolio management and credit risk oversight for a regional or industry-aligned middle market portfolio. Serve as escalation point for complex credits, partner with banking leadership, drive underwriting and policy adherence, lead team development, oversee reporting and remediation, and ensure compliance, system integrity, and continuous improvement.
