Lead systems integration and interface management for rail projects: develop integration and interface plans, manage requirements (RMP, V&V, RTM), coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee ICDs/RACI, conduct readiness reviews, resolve interface issues, manage subcontractors, prepare bids and budgets, supervise engineering staff, and ensure system interoperability and performance.
