Process full-cycle Canada and US payrolls (weekly/biweekly) for hourly and salaried employees, handle garnishments, remittances, year-end T4/W2, payroll journal entries, reporting, reconciliations, maintain run books, support employee inquiries, and participate in payroll system implementations and testing.

Develop, test, and maintain CAM automation (HyperMill) workflows, macros, and tool libraries; align CAD/design libraries to support feature recognition; coordinate between Design, Machining, IT, and suppliers; standardize machining processes and tooling templates; provide training, documentation, and shop-floor support; analyze and improve automation performance.

Support IT finance and controlling activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and CAPEX tracking. Provide analysis, management reporting, business cases, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while partnering with IT operational teams.

Analyze and optimize tooling, assembly and joining processes for automotive body and chassis. Lead process improvements, PFMEA, root cause analysis, fixture design, automation and data-driven decisions. Support project planning, client communication, and cross-functional execution while ensuring quality and delivery.

Lead and support R&D and manufacturing projects from concept through deployment. Manage milestones, budgets, testing, fabrication, and installation. Develop and validate automation, machine vision, control systems, and data-driven solutions. Perform engineering analyses (DFMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T), troubleshooting, process optimization, and hands-on equipment programming and testing. Collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.
