The role maintains risk registers, coordinates OT security and continuity planning, improves the ISMS, standardizes security processes, conducts AI risk assessments, and delivers cybersecurity awareness training. It provides expert guidance to business units and partners with corporate security, IT, and other stakeholders.

Plans, executes, and monitors finance transformation projects within Global Business Services. Leads molding manufacturing engineering activities from product development through production launch. Responsibilities include evaluating part manufacturability, quoting molds and capital equipment, coordinating materials, machinery, manpower, measurements, and methods, developing PFMEA and process documentation, improving OEE and scrap performance, managing launch milestones and quality issues, coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members.

Designs large injection-molded-part tooling for automotive fascias, rockers, claddings, and wheel flares using Siemens NX Mold Wizard. Performs feasibility studies, engineering changes, design reviews, and tool evaluations; collaborates with design, machining, build, scheduling, estimating, and program teams. Supports quality, safety, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives while mentoring junior designers and managing selected tool design projects.

Supports organizational change management initiatives by maintaining change plans, stakeholder lists, communications, training materials, project documentation, SharePoint sites, and reporting. Coordinates workshops, webinars, meetings, and communications while tracking milestones, risks, attendance, engagement, and learner feedback. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. It is designed for a currently enrolled student interested in change management, organizational development, communications, human resources, or project management.

Coordinates automotive customer quoting activities, including RFQs, proposals, pricing, purchase orders, contracts, capacity studies, tooling, engineering changes, and customer portal updates. Maintains financial and quotation databases, supports Ford, Stellantis, Toyota, and GM programs, prepares alternate and VA/VE proposals, resolves financial issues, and collaborates with finance, engineering, and program teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, ethical, CTPAT/PIP, IATF 16949, and continuous improvement requirements.
