Supports the HR Manager with employee records, personnel files, documentation, communications, engagement programs, performance appraisals, audits, and compliance activities. Assists with event planning, contractor database maintenance, office administration, inventory, meeting catering, visitor reception, and general departmental projects. Maintains confidentiality, accurate records, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Operates and maintains test equipment, troubleshoots lab systems, analyzes samples, evaluates pass/fail results against specifications and standards, and supports PPAP and DVP&R activities. Assigns test priorities, prepares technical reports and presentations, recommends corrective actions, and supports prototype builds while following safety and quality requirements.

Supports North American financial reporting, monthly analysis, consolidation, forecasting, business planning, and data integrity across Magna Powertrain divisions. Leads OneStream results consolidation, reviews financial plans and forecasts, prepares management presentations and reporting packages, coordinates reporting timelines and capital requirements, and supports audits, lease data, variance reporting, and special finance projects. Collaborates with divisional controllers, corporate finance, auditors, and operational teams.

Manages manufacturing engineering activities across equipment launches, process design, commissioning, change management, technology integration, and continuous improvement. Leads engineering teams, budgets, staffing, training, supplier and integrator selection, performance management, and customer delivery requirements. Ensures compliance with APQP, TS16949, ISO14001, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies while supporting production performance, quality, cost reduction, and employee development.

Create and maintain 2D CAD plant layouts covering production areas, equipment, workstations, material flow, aisles, and pathways. Support equipment installations, automation projects, process changes, capacity studies, and plant layout optimization. Perform laser scans and integrate layouts with 3D models and point-cloud data. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, quality, and suppliers to validate layouts, identify installation risks, and support digital factory initiatives while following safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Supports Legal Counsel and the global Ethics and Legal Compliance team through litigation and e-discovery coordination, records management, enterprise risk management, third-party due diligence, sanctions screening, department administration, reporting, and process improvement. The role manages sensitive information, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, tracks risks and budgets, and develops technology-enabled solutions, including AI tools, to improve compliance operations.
