Leads quality assurance for safety-critical CBTC rail solutions and deliverables. Responsibilities include quality planning, compliance assessments, audits, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, quality reporting, milestone approvals, continuous improvement, supplier and customer coordination, and support for safety authorizations.
