Leads manufacturing engineering activities for new vehicle launches, including assembly process feasibility, tooling and facility planning, workstation readiness, build events, issue resolution, tooling commissioning, engineering change implementation, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports high-volume automotive manufacturing across North American assembly plants and requires expertise in controls, PLC systems, PFMEA, vision systems, error-proofing, and digital factory technologies.

Develop and optimize embedded systems software for automotive infotainment, telematics, and connected-car platforms. Responsibilities include performance measurement, bottleneck analysis, system-level optimization, automated diagnostics, memory and power optimization, telemetry pipelines, remote logging, and hardware accelerator integration. The role requires embedded C/C++, Python, Linux or Android internals, multithreading, and RTOS experience, with preferred expertise in profiling tools and automotive networking.

Develop end-to-end Android infotainment features with emphasis on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Design, prototype, test in vehicles, debug issues, review code, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver customer-facing software used by millions.

Represents Lincoln across 25–30 dealerships in Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Develops dealership business plans, achieves sales and market-share targets, supports inventory and wholesale allocation, coordinates advertising participation, delivers product and luxury-experience training, and implements Lincoln operating standards. Builds strong dealer relationships, influences management teams, tracks customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, and improves sales and service performance. Overnight travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
