Lead technical troubleshooting and restoration for complex Cisco wireless networks (WLCs and APs). Provide remote and onsite consultation for high-severity incidents, perform RF and packet-level analysis, manage escalations, and implement automation and remediation to optimize performance and prevent recurrence.
