Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, develop success plans, lead business reviews, guide onboarding and platform adoption, manage renewal risks, and identify expansion opportunities. Lead enterprise Staffbase implementations from planning through rollout and adoption. Manage project plans, resources, risks, customer communications, training, change management, and issue resolution. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope projects, create Statements of Work, support platform architecture integration, and identify expansion opportunities. Apply customer requirements and implementation best practices while providing product feedback internally. Spanish fluency is required.

Lead enterprise Staffbase implementations from onboarding through adoption and growth. Manage project plans, resources, risks, communication, deployment, change management, training, and customer adoption. Translate customer requirements into platform best practices, troubleshoot implementation issues, support Statements of Work, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to expand platform usage. Serve as the customer advocate while developing strong product and application expertise.

Own and scale global demand generation strategy across paid media, content, ABM, and field channels. Drive marketing-led pipeline, funnel performance, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization across the Americas, UKIMEA, and APAC. Partner closely with Sales, manage marketers and agencies, allocate acquisition investments, develop reporting frameworks, and evaluate emerging channels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a B2B SaaS or AI technology environment.

Lead and execute demand generation strategy across paid media, content, ABM, and regional channels to drive predictable pipeline. Own funnel metrics, attribution, testing, and optimization; build ABX programs, align closely with Sales, manage one-to-two marketers and agency partners, and scale repeatable growth through data-driven experimentation and reporting.
