Monitor and maintain large-scale platform services, triage and escalate incidents, collaborate with engineering teams on remediation, manage incident workflows, improve runbooks and documentation, and define metrics for incident response effectiveness. The role requires troubleshooting distributed systems, configuring monitoring alerts, automating repetitive tasks, and communicating technical issues to stakeholders. Periodic weekend coverage may be required.
