Manages strategic enterprise customer relationships from deployment through adoption, value realization, and renewal. Develops success plans, leads executive business reviews, monitors customer health and KPIs, identifies risks and growth opportunities, and supports upsell and cross-sell efforts. Acts as an escalation point, coordinates with Sales, Support, Product, Renewals, and Professional Services, mentors CSM peers, and improves scalable customer success processes.
