Leads Okta’s global paid media and performance marketing organization, defining strategy across search, social, programmatic, ABM, and emerging channels. Owns multimillion-dollar media investment, pipeline contribution, attribution, ROI, agency governance, and executive alignment. Builds global teams and operating models while advancing AI-driven audience modeling, bidding, creative, measurement, and developer acquisition. Partners with marketing, sales, finance, product, analytics, and data engineering teams to connect media investment with revenue and customer acquisition efficiency.

Drives AI adoption, governance, evaluation, design-system change management, accessibility programs, enablement workshops, documentation, and measurement of business impact. Partners with design, product, engineering, research, and content teams to scale efficient, consistent, and innovative design practices.

Design and prototype developer-focused identity products in code. Rapidly explore directions using AI tools, refine components in a React/Next.js codebase, simplify complex authorization and SDK workflows, and raise design craft across the org while advocating for the customer.

Design, build, and scale Java and Spring server-side services for Okta’s device identity and access platform. Lead feature development from conception through deployment, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, improve testing and CI/CD, and build secure, high-performance APIs and distributed systems. Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, document technical solutions, and promote AI-assisted development while maintaining strong security and code-quality standards.

Designs and implements Okta identity solutions for enterprise customers. Leads requirements gathering, discovery workshops, technical architecture, functional and system specifications, solution design, and implementation oversight. Acts as a trusted customer advisor, translates business needs into actionable strategies, supports project planning, conducts health checks, and communicates technical information to executives and nontechnical stakeholders. Requires extensive IT architecture, consulting, IAM, cloud, application integration, and customer identity experience, with travel up to 50%.

Lead go-to-market and lifecycle marketing for Okta Device Access. Own positioning, messaging, launches, field and partner enablement, customer adoption, and expansion strategies. Translate identity, authentication, device-security, and operating-system capabilities into compelling customer value. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, and partners to shape commercialization, enable deployments, and measure adoption, launch performance, pipeline influence, and customer outcomes.

Own Okta’s authentication policy product strategy and roadmap, including the Policy Framework, Policy API, Auth Pipeline, and policy change management. Partner with engineering, design, customers, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, launch, and adopt secure policy capabilities. Serve as the subject matter expert for customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise evaluations while tracking trends in adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and session security.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercialization of Okta’s identity security products, including threat protection, threat intelligence, SaaS security, and network security offerings. Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customers, and technical program managers to prioritize features, improve security outcomes, gather feedback, support go-to-market efforts, and define pricing and packaging. The role also requires executive influence, customer engagement, strategic project ownership, hiring, and mentoring product managers.

Drive large-scale, cross-functional technical programs across Auth0 platform infrastructure from design through delivery. Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, requirements, timelines, and commitments. Manage integrated plans, risks, dependencies, impediments, stakeholder communication, and execution quality. Promote operational excellence, security standards, agile practices, and process optimization across globally distributed teams.
