Build and scale Mattermost's core web platform across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend. Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs, optimize PostgreSQL queries, maintain security/compliance for government and enterprise customers, own testing strategy, develop internal tooling and AI-agent-driven workflows, and contribute to the open-source codebase.
