Leads GitLab’s global SMB new-business organization across EMEA and AMER, overseeing regional sales, BDR, and SDR managers. Establish thought leadership, define competitive narratives, measure win-rate impact, and elevate competitive marketing practices across the team.

Manages GitLab for Nonprofits and GitLab for Education programs from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include building nonprofit and university partnerships, overseeing operations, improving processes, supporting technical implementation, managing communications and inquiries, tracking program performance, collaborating with Sales and Marketing, creating advocacy and storytelling resources, and researching social impact best practices.

Lead product vision and strategy for an end-to-end AI-powered software factory. Integrate planning, coding, review, and verification across GitLab Duo Agent Platform and product areas. Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams, identify gaps and dependencies, present recommendations to executives, and drive execution to deliver cohesive developer workflows.

Leads technical delivery for GitLab Professional Services engagements, from discovery and scoping through implementation and handoff. Designs scalable, secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments; deploys GitLab using Terraform, Ansible, and GET; and manages source-code and CI/CD migrations with Congregate. Provides DevOps and DevSecOps consulting, coordinates customers and partners, creates documentation and enablement materials, mentors consultants, and maintains tested automation assets.

Own security risk identification, quantification, prioritization, and remediation across third-party risk, assessments, and security findings. Maintain risk registers, reporting, metrics, and remediation tracking while partnering with technical and business stakeholders. Manages a portfolio of customer renewals from tracking and quoting through on-time closure. Conducts consultative customer conversations, identifies expansion opportunities, prepares renewal documentation, analyzes usage and contract terms, escalates risks, and maintains accurate CRM records. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and peers to resolve blockers, forecast outcomes, support retention, and drive recurring revenue growth within defined processes and frameworks.

Leads GitLab’s Database Excellence organization, setting strategy for PostgreSQL and other application datastores. Owns database reliability, capacity, availability, sustainability, infrastructure costs, and platform standardization. Manages three Engineering Managers, develops technical leaders, oversees hiring and organization design, establishes objectives and KPIs, manages budgets, partners cross-functionally on platform investments, and serves as an escalation point for database incidents and operational processes.

Leads and mentors a team of Technical Program Managers within GitLab Engineering’s centralized PMO. Responsibilities include staffing and resource alignment, establishing program management standards, developing the PMO strategy, partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, and GTM stakeholders, mitigating risks, tracking KPIs, and improving organizational planning and delivery processes.
