Build and test creative, audiences, and landing pages; ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce; support organic social and collaborate with global revenue and content teams. Monitor AI-driven search trends and present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead end-to-end learning design and development: perform needs analysis, define strategy and success metrics, create scripts/storyboards, build interactive eLearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise, publish SCORM/xAPI modules, configure LMS, produce multimedia assets, manage SMEs, evaluate program impact, and maintain QA and development standards.
