Manage a portfolio of beverage/CPG clients delivering reporting, database work, insights and presentations. Drive client retention, upsell NIQ services, lead Joint Business Planning, NPS and ROI tracking, resolve client issues, and coordinate cross‑functional teams for high-quality service delivery across the GTA.

Lead technical ownership and reliability of the CPS DataValidation platform for OmniShopper and Homescan. Serve as primary escalation for production incidents, define platform strategy and roadmap, drive observability and SLAs, partner with Data Science, PMO, Product and Engineering, and coordinate cross-team execution while modernizing on-prem and Azure data ecosystems.
