The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on new business acquisition through strategic sales efforts, relationship building, and collaboration with solutions and professional services teams.

Platform-focused SRE role responsible for designing and operating multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD (Argo Workflows/ArgoCD), and onboarding/self-service tooling. Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for MongoDB Atlas Infinite, a distributed cloud database platform. Lead cross-team decisions spanning compute, storage, migration, interoperability, readiness, customer experience, monetization, and adoption. Discover new customer opportunities, guide preview-to-GA progress, establish research and execution standards, resolve complex product issues, align executives and go-to-market teams, and mentor product managers.

Build core MongoDB distributed database infrastructure focused on data partitioning, data movement, dynamic scaling, cluster elasticity, workload execution, and performance. Design reliable distributed protocols, solve complex scalability problems, review code, participate in architecture decisions, lead feature development, and mentor engineers. The role requires production-quality C++ development and strong expertise in distributed systems, computer architecture, performance, networking, observability, and resiliency.

Lead and manage MongoDB’s Storage Execution team, owning the roadmap for durability, availability, performance, transactions, storage architecture, index operations, and developer productivity. Partner with adjacent engineering and cloud teams, manage customer escalations, drive cross-team initiatives, improve engineering processes, and develop engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Build and improve MongoDB’s distributed networking and observability systems. Responsibilities include enhancing networking performance, availability, scalability, resource efficiency, and low-overhead observability; leading medium-sized projects from technical design through delivery; collaborating across the project lifecycle; contributing production C++ code; and participating in code reviews and feature design.

Lead division-wide strategy and product architecture for MongoDB's distributed query engine. Define multi-year roadmap, own business cases and monetization, engage senior customers, mentor PMs, align cross-functional investments, and represent the product externally.
