Maintain books and records for private equity funds and GP vehicles; prepare and review NAVs, financial statements, management fee and carried interest calculations; handle capital calls and distributions, investor communications and portal reporting; manage year-end processes and auditor/tax requests; ensure SLA adherence, controls and timely client deliverables.

Manage day-to-day deliverables for Private Equity fund clients, including books and records, NAVs, financial statements, capital events, management fee and carried interest calculations, investor allocations and reporting, and year-end audit/tax coordination. Liaise with risk, audit, compliance and support functions, review governing documents and side letters, mentor staff, lead client projects, and improve operational efficiency and controls.

Manage day-to-day private equity fund administration deliverables including books and records, NAV, financial statements, capital events, management fee and carried interest calculations, investor reporting, year-end audit/tax coordination, client escalations, control adherence, stakeholder liaison, staff mentoring, and process improvement.

Manage day-to-day private equity fund accounting and investor reporting: maintain books, prepare NAVs, capital calls/distributions, financial statements, and support audits and tax. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and controls.
