Write production code, operate services end to end, participate in on-call, and integrate AI agents with evaluations, monitoring, and defined failure modes. Partner directly with marketing teams to turn ambiguous needs into scalable self-service capabilities.

Staff Product Engineer responsible for executing complex features across multiple teams and technology stacks, including backend, frontend, and mobile. Collaborates with product, design, marketing, and data partners; optimizes scalable web applications; contributes to product strategy; and mentors engineers on technical and product judgment. The role supports Brand pillar priorities, drives improvements end to end, and promotes maintainable, high-quality software development.

Build and maintain reusable frontend components and design-system infrastructure across Faire’s web surfaces.
