Acquires and retains high-net-worth clients, deepens relationships, and leads client teams in delivering integrated private banking solutions. Advises clients on wealth structuring, credit, banking, and asset management while developing internal and external referral networks. Drives business development, client engagement, negotiations, and adoption of digital capabilities. The role may originate residential mortgages and requires applicable SAFE Act registration and securities licenses.

Manage a portfolio of middle-market clients to retain and grow treasury revenue, deepen product penetration, coordinate RFPs and fulfillment, deliver integrated cash management solutions, produce data-driven client insights, handle pricing/billing, and resolve escalations while partnering with internal teams to drive profitability.

Develop and grow a book of high-net-worth clients by identifying needs, recommending suitable investment products, prospecting and networking, collaborating with specialists, documenting interactions in Salesforce, completing required training, and meeting performance and compliance requirements.
