Provides second-level technical support for Aircall’s communications platform. Investigates escalated issues involving APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, telephony, messaging, analytics, authentication, and AI features. Leads customer troubleshooting sessions, analyzes logs and payloads, collaborates with Product, Engineering, partners, and telecom providers, and documents recurring solutions. Also trains frontline support teams and improves troubleshooting processes and knowledge resources.
