The role enhances drafting resources, precedents, and knowledge infrastructure; analyzes market practice and legal materials; trains attorneys and staff; and translates legal judgment into scalable technology solutions. Requires at least four years of M&A or Private Equity experience, legal admission, strong communication skills, and interest or experience in workflow design, technology building, or process improvement.

Develops prompts, AI-assisted research and drafting processes, litigation analytics solutions, governance frameworks, training materials, and best practices. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, Information Security, and Knowledge Management to improve document analysis, legal research, case preparation, and technology adoption.

Supervises an eBilling team, organizes workflows, manages productivity and training, and resolves complex electronic invoice reductions and rejections. The role analyzes rejection trends, coordinates resubmissions and appeals, interprets client billing guidelines, supports billing and collections teams, and manages deadlines across major eBilling platforms. It also requires Excel reporting, LEDES file manipulation, technical troubleshooting, client communication, and process improvements in a fast-paced legal billing environment.
