Develops industrial market opportunities and achieves territory sales goals through technical sales, account management, customer relationship building, industry events, and strategic introductions. Promotes process control and automation products, supports customers with product selection and project execution, provides post-order service, monitors construction activity, and coordinates solutions with contractors, distributors, engineers, OEMs, and industrial customers. Provide technical support, solution design, engineering input, and quotations for automation and control system solutions. Translate customer requirements into control architectures, define scopes, review P&IDs and instrumentation, support panel and wiring designs, and plan upgrades and commissioning. Lead inside-sales opportunities, renewals, and upgrade proposals while managing pricing, margins, risks, and commercial standards. Serve as a subject-matter resource for Emerson and Lakeside tools, support peers, participate in on-call rotation, and attend occasional site visits.

Manage automation and mechanical process solutions projects from scope definition through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, performance measurement, stakeholder coordination, delegation, issue escalation, and customer/vendor liaison. The role requires project management experience in industrial automation, control systems, energy management, and mechanical systems, along with knowledge of software and hardware development lifecycles, testing processes, and project management best practices.

Leads complex industrial automation and process control projects from design specifications through testing, commissioning, and start-up. Provides technical leadership, design review, quality control, customer coordination, budget support, and mentorship. Oversees Factory Acceptance Testing and system commissioning while ensuring scope, schedule, quality, standards, and customer expectations are met. Supports process improvement and sales estimation activities.

Leads process control system design for industrial processes and fuel-burning equipment, including control strategies, instrumentation, safety systems, engineering documentation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and regulatory approvals. Participates in HAZOP and risk assessments, supports customer and business development activities, reviews technical deliverables, mentors engineers, and improves internal standards for burner management, combustion control, and process safety.

Coordinates customer orders from entry through fulfillment, including procurement, expediting, system updates, status reporting, documentation, and product returns.
