Responsibilities include executive advisory, future-state operating model and roadmap development, multi-workstream architecture leadership, presales, business growth, governance, mentorship, and practice leadership. The role guides complex enterprise clients in aligning business objectives, implementation strategies, and Oracle HCM solutions while supporting executive decisions and long-term technology adoption.

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations for clients, including configuration, requirements gathering, process redesign, prototyping, testing, training, and deployment.
