Manages integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid search, SEO, AEO, and affiliate channels. Coordinates agencies, campaign calendars, creative approvals, testing, deployment, budgets, and quality assurance. Analyzes performance metrics, prepares reports, maintains subscriber database health, and recommends optimization strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI. Collaborates with brand, creative, ecommerce, merchandising, retail operations, and loyalty teams.

Develops and supports full-stack web applications and digital commerce platforms. Builds API integrations with ERP, ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, payment, booking, and third-party systems. Translates business and UI/UX requirements into scalable solutions, performs testing and deployments, troubleshoots issues, and improves application performance, security, reliability, and user experience. Collaborates with stakeholders and external partners while contributing to Agile delivery, Git-based development, and CI/CD practices.
