Collaborates with geology, metallurgy, mining, construction, and technical services teams while contributing to execution plans, technical reports, forecasts, presentations, and consultant performance reviews.

The Senior Metallurgist provides hands-on operational metallurgy and process engineering support for gold processing operations. Responsibilities include analyzing plant data, validating metallurgical balances and recovery models, investigating performance variances, optimizing flotation, leaching, consumables, and process efficiency, and coordinating improvement initiatives, consultants, technical documentation, budgets, and procurement activities. The role collaborates with site metallurgy, operations, geology, geometallurgy, and technical services teams and requires travel to site 50% of the time.

The Corporate Controller leads quarterly and annual external financial reporting, technical accounting, audit execution, accounting policy, and financial governance. The role oversees financial statements, MD&A, regulatory disclosures, auditor relationships, ERP-driven reporting processes, and subsidiary accounting guidance. Additional responsibilities include supporting M&A, US listing readiness, SEC reporting, SOX controls, and scalable accounting systems for business growth. The position also directs the Assistant Controller and advises senior leadership on complex accounting matters.
