Manage payroll, benefits, remittances, employee records, and HR documentation for approximately 180–200 employees. Handle employee relations, investigations, discipline, terminations, recruitment, onboarding, workplace safety, WSIB matters, disability claims, and return-to-work programs. Interpret employment legislation and collective agreements, support managers, prepare leadership and regulatory reports, and communicate with employees, unions, agencies, and service providers. Travel between GTA locations and conduct health and safety audits.
