Leads regional digital marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness and support business growth. Requires strong strategic planning, communication, creative, and digital marketing management skills, along with a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of management experience, and a proven record of successful campaigns.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, recruitment compliance, performance development, succession planning, engagement, DEIB, organizational change, compensation benchmarking, and HR analytics using Workday.
