Lead electrical infrastructure design across rocket test, launch, and manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include power distribution, utility services, switchgear, transformers, generation, UPS, electrical studies, hazardous-location systems, grounding, lightning protection, controls interfaces, design reviews and sealing, permitting support, construction support, commissioning, and as-builts. The role requires technical leadership, coordination with utilities and inspectors, and regular travel to company sites.

Own the end-to-end design, development, manufacturing, testing, and flight qualification of rocket combustion components, including injectors, thrust chambers, and nozzles. Translate propulsion requirements into detailed, manufacturable hardware designs; create CAD models, drawings, and release packages; support supplier sourcing and production; and lead component test planning, instrumentation, post-test analysis, and design iteration in collaboration with propulsion, fluid systems, structures, manufacturing, and test teams.

Lead Canada Rocket Company’s manufacturing and process strategy for launch-vehicle hardware. Establish in-house and supplier capabilities, qualify materials and fabrication processes, develop documentation and process controls, and lead design-for-manufacture reviews. Manage tooling, industrialization, make-versus-buy decisions, supplier qualification, non-conformances, failure analysis, and production scaling while coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain, suppliers, and executives.

Open application for candidates interested in operations roles. Applicants should submit a resume and describe their passions, preferred work, and how their background could contribute. The company will contact applicants when a suitable opportunity becomes available.

Lead the flight software organization for an orbital launch vehicle, owning architecture, development, verification, operations, and flight-critical software standards. Build and mentor the team, develop embedded software across RTOS, GPOS, FPGA, and bare-metal environments, integrate with avionics, implement GNC algorithms, and oversee testing, configuration control, code reviews, and anomaly resolution.

Own detailed CAD models, assemblies, production drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and configuration control for rocket turbopump hardware. Translate engineering analysis into inspectable manufacturing requirements, improve designs for manufacturability, and collaborate with suppliers, machinists, quality teams, and inspectors through release, first-article inspection, testing, and nonconformity dispositioning.

Design, build, commission, and operate rocket engine test stands and supporting ground infrastructure. Responsibilities include structural and mechanical design, high-pressure and cryogenic fluid systems, instrumentation, control logic, automated testing, hazard analysis, safety procedures, commissioning, hot-fire campaigns, anomaly response, and test-data analysis. The role collaborates across propulsion, controls, software, avionics, and operations teams to validate and improve launch vehicle hardware and processes.

Design and develop launch vehicle structural hardware, including tanks, interstages, and integrated assemblies, from concept through manufacturing, testing, and flight integration. Create CAD models, drawings, interfaces, and release packages; perform structural, thermal, vibration, tolerance, and fit-up analyses using calculations and FEA. Collaborate with propulsion, fluids, avionics, manufacturing, integration, and test teams to deliver producible, reliable hardware. A current P.Eng. license is required to hold the Engineer title.

Leads the propulsion and vehicle fluid systems organization for a medium-lift launch vehicle. Responsibilities include setting technical architecture, driving design through flight and reuse, managing schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, and certification interfaces, and building a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role requires deep liquid bipropellant rocket engine experience, fluid and propulsion system analysis, component and plumbing design, hazardous operations leadership, test campaign experience, and stakeholder and proposal engagement.
