Own the technical baseline and integrated execution of test and launch infrastructure from design through construction and commissioning. Manage third-party engineering firms, requirements, specifications, design reviews, schedules, budgets, vendor technical evaluations, change control, constructability, RFIs, and commissioning acceptance. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and facilities teams while serving as the program’s engineering authority.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable, treasury, payroll accounting, cost accounting, tax coordination, SR&ED claims, and grant reporting. Own the full lifecycle design of high-reliability electrical hardware for launch vehicles, including architectures, schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, debugging, integration, environmental testing, production support, and failure investigations. Establish scalable electrical design processes and documentation, develop digital, power, and analog circuits, and help build the future electrical engineering team.
