Leads Miller Waste Systems’ marketing, branding, communications, social media, public relations, e-commerce, CRM, and trade show programs. Develops strategies, campaigns, budgets, KPIs, content, and communications for internal and external audiences. Oversees brand integrity, community outreach, media relations, performance analytics, and recruitment marketing while advising senior leadership. Builds and coaches teams, supports cross-functional collaboration, and drives data-informed marketing and communications initiatives.

Develops and grows commercial waste-management business in the Scarborough/East York territory. Responsibilities include identifying and researching prospects, cold calling, scheduling appointments, presenting services, preparing proposals, managing leads in CRM systems, supporting customers, tracking competitive activity, and closing new-business opportunities. The role requires strong prospecting, communication, persistence, sales-funnel knowledge, time management, and access to a reliable vehicle.
