Own post-purchase customer success for real estate investor buyers. Responsibilities include onboarding, activation, account health scoring, retention and churn management, escalations, refund resolution, customer feedback analysis, reporting, and building playbooks from scratch. The role partners with sales, support, product, engineering, and analytics while directly owning retention metrics and working at least four hours daily with US Eastern Time.

Build and scale the outbound sales motion from scratch: define target accounts, messaging, sequences, and processes; run ABM campaigns; close initial enterprise deals; use AI and sales tools to optimize outreach; collaborate cross-functionally; hire and lead an outbound team to reach $250K/month in outbound revenue within six months.

Own the finance function for US operations: maintain P&L, cash flow and balance sheet reporting; lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling; manage cash runway and payments; partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors; drive IPO readiness through improved controls and reporting; evaluate investments and support leadership with financial analysis.

Own end-to-end design, build, deploy, and iterate on production AI systems that improve lead quality, reduce refunds, and automate workflows. Ship customer-facing AI features, agentic workflows, retrieval and context layers, reliable event-driven automations, evaluation datasets and monitoring, and reusable components while connecting technical decisions to business KPIs.

Manage the full provider lifecycle for a lead marketplace: source, onboard, monitor, negotiate, and offboard providers. Drive performance via data, reduce concentration risk, and increase supply quality and volume while holding partners accountable to SLAs and revenue outcomes.

Drive outward-facing product for a B2B lead marketplace: own user research, unit-economics-driven briefs, model impact, run weekly experiments, pull your own data, and ship changes that move LTV, retention, margin, or revenue.

Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to analyze financial and operational data, build executive dashboards, create P&L and margin analyses, forecast and model unit economics, identify cost leaks, reconcile transactions, and present recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow, and business performance.
