Lead data governance for a major data platform project: define and enforce governance artifacts (access, metadata, quality, ownership), align SLAs and operational readiness, manage change and issues, enable stakeholders through training, and advise on report governance and compliance.

Perform complex data analysis using SAS, build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, write and optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with business units to deliver timely, accurate data solutions.

Serve as technical SME and solutioning lead to design and build Salesforce workflows and system integrations for wholesale banking client lifecycle digitization. Work with stakeholders, remove barriers, write SQL/SOQL, configure flows/process builders, and support connected applications to accelerate AML/KYC onboarding.
