Lead and grow a senior game analytics team, define studio-wide data strategy, and own telemetry, pipelines and tooling. Deliver player insights for engagement, retention, progression and monetisation across multiple titles, run experiments (A/B), and partner with design, production and UX. Evolve the tech stack (Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, GitHub), introduce AI/ML methods, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Art Lead, Art Director, Level Designers, Tech Art and Engineering to create realistic, optimized game environments in Unreal Engine 5. Define environment theming, iterate on gameplay-driven layouts, use procedural and modular tools, set performance/memory budgets, and coordinate with outsourcing teams to deliver high-quality environment assets.

Lead and mentor a local content-focused technical team to ensure data quality, technical feasibility, and scalability of AAA game development using Unreal Engine. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, troubleshoot complex issues, drive innovation, and manage project milestones and technical standards. Occasional travel to China (1-2x/year).

Produce high-quality modular kits, props, and hero assets for levels; collaborate with Art Lead, Level Artists, and Tech Art to meet pipeline and engine standards; document workflows; troubleshoot material/shader and integration issues; review outsourced assets; explore AI tools to accelerate art production.

Design and build map layouts, combat encounters, and narrative-linked gameplay; collaborate with writers, artists, and other disciplines; run iterative map reviews; create documentation and presentations; craft scripted, systemic, and emerging gameplay moments.
