Leads the Nation’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, reporting, compliance, audit preparation, and organizational budget consolidation. Serves as the senior financial authority and strategic advisor to executive and council leadership while ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to legislation, policies, and funding agreements.

The Project Manager will develop and manage projects for the Planning and Infrastructure department. Responsibilities include defining scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, vendors, and team assignments; monitoring progress; communicating with stakeholders; and ensuring compliance with privacy laws and organizational goals.
