Supports project reviews, technical clarifications, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and value-engineering initiatives while tracking opportunities and ensuring accurate, energy-efficient solutions.

Develops engineered HVAC, fire pump, hydronic, and integrated plant package solutions; reviews specifications and RFQs; prepares technical proposals and cost estimates; supports customers and sales teams; coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, service, and project management; maintains proposal documentation and CRM records; and improves estimating processes, standards, and operational performance.

Manage the P&L and lifecycle of heat transfer and expansion system offerings. Drive market and product strategy through VOC/VOS, competitive analysis, business cases, pricing, roadmaps, launches, marketing, channel alignment, and operations collaboration to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.

Lead development and delivery of global technical and commercial training for Armstrong partners. Create scalable e-learning, certifications, and in-person/virtual workshops; integrate training management with the Envelope platform; enable partners to sell, deploy, and manage connected-site services; define KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, and certification processes; collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing to align training with business goals and support a smooth transition to a new Global Service Manager.
