Manage domestic and international payroll cycles, validate payroll inputs, reconcile accounting entries, maintain time and attendance systems, coordinate with payroll providers and vendors, address employee payroll and benefits questions, support audits, ensure legal and policy compliance, and lead payroll process and system improvements. The role also provides support to Human Resources and requires collaboration across remote teams and international PEOs.
