Conduct full-cycle recruitment for construction and rail infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pipeline development, and candidate relationship management. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create recruitment strategies, develop competency-based interviews, track hiring metrics, and promote employer branding through networking, campus outreach, trade shows, and talent campaigns. The role is hybrid in Toronto with travel across the GTA for site visits and industry events.

Collaborates with project management, commercial, finance, and procurement teams while supporting Treasury and Corporate Finance mandates.

Develop and maintain business-critical Power Apps, troubleshoot issues, test and release solutions, manage documentation and governance, and support application lifecycles. The role also provides training, knowledge transfer, mentorship, and stakeholder communication while translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and reporting deliverables.

Manage project controls for a major infrastructure project, including integrated schedules, budgets, cost control systems, forecasts, financial reporting, risk management, variance analysis, and schedule recovery. Lead schedule and cost reviews, monitor performance, develop mitigation strategies, support claims prevention and dispute resolution, and present actionable insights to project leadership. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate project documentation and mentoring project controls teams.

Supports project managers with estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, project controls, documentation, safety and quality processes, financial tracking, reporting, and closeout for powerline construction projects. The role begins in an office and transitions to remote Western Canadian project sites, including camp and outdoor work on a 14-days-on, 7-days-off schedule.

Coordinates access to active rail corridors for construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include developing access schedules and plans, managing permits and approvals, coordinating flagging resources, communicating with Metrolinx and other stakeholders, monitoring field compliance, supporting closure readiness meetings, and maintaining project records and status reports.

Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed project schedules from startup through closeout. Track progress, analyze critical path impacts, manage baseline changes, prepare reports, lead Field Installation Work Packages, perform quantity takeoffs, mentor document control staff, and coordinate with construction, engineering, subcontractors, and safety teams to support large-scale transit infrastructure delivery.
