Drive new personal-lines insurance sales through prospecting, cold calling, door-knocking and networking. Qualify leads, prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close policies, and manage client relationships using CRM and sales automation tools. Manage claims adjudication and administration for benefit plans, oversee call centre operations, ensure regulatory compliance, lead and develop the Claims team, coordinate payments and reporting, and liaise with clients and third-party providers.

Prepare quotes and marketing materials for group benefits up to 500 lives, produce client-ready reports and proposals, follow up with carriers, assist advisors with submissions and paperwork, review final reports, and support team members to drive new business and client relationships.
