Manage and review client bookkeeping and month-end close, oversee year-end procedures and tax/compliance filings, mentor and supervise staff accountants and interns, improve accounting processes, monitor billable hours and budgets, participate in hiring and leadership meetings, and ensure quality, accuracy, and documentation across client files.
