Lead media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for integrated and always-on campaigns. Manage media budgets, agency partners, trafficking, testing, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Brand, Fundraising, Analytics and other teams to translate insights into optimizations and ensure campaigns meet acquisition, fundraising, and brand objectives.

Lead a team delivering fundraising and marketing analytics to drive revenue, segmentation, forecasting, campaign measurement and data governance. Partner with business and IT, manage vendors, build scalable data models and self-service reporting, support program evaluation and roadmap, and develop talent to improve donor engagement and campaign performance.

Deliver analytics, segmentation, targeting and reporting to support fundraising campaigns (primarily Lottery). Build dashboards and automated reports, track media and digital channel performance, extract and manage campaign data, document processes, support campaign planning and vendor coordination, and provide data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting and optimization.

Provide national-level customer and technical support for Heart & Stroke resuscitation education programs. Triage and resolve student, instructor, and training agency inquiries; manage accounts, instructor statuses, invoices/payments and Moneris investigations; troubleshoot Docebo and Salesforce issues; maintain data integrity through audits; support portal operations, UAT, and SOP updates; escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior staff.

Lead a platform engineering team to plan, select, migrate, and operate enterprise platforms (primary CMS/DXP, CRM, martech). Provide hands-on architecture, integration, vendor management, and delivery oversight. Drive platform strategy, technical due diligence, non-functional requirements, AI-enabled capabilities, and talent development while ensuring smooth transition to operations and governance for scalability, security, and reliability.

Provide operational support for fundraising and lottery programs, improve processes, coordinate cross-functional workflows, support regional field teams and volunteers, manage CRM and website content tasks, execute prize fulfillment and draw logistics, and deliver training and reporting to ensure accurate, compliant fundraising operations.
