Supports day-to-day fund administration and financial reporting for private equity clients. Responsibilities include reviewing and loading financial data, preparing consolidations, processing expenses, recording journal entries, reconciling investments and cash, calculating capital calls, distributions, management fees and carried interest, preparing investor allocations and NAV packages, and coordinating with clients, banks, auditors and other third parties.

Supports and evolves Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Citrix cloud infrastructure in a regulated financial environment. Responsibilities include incident resolution, platform administration, identity and endpoint management, security, backup and recovery, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, PowerShell automation, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role also contributes to cloud modernization, system migrations, and reliable multi-cloud operations for global teams.

Coordinate client regulatory reporting deliverables, prepare reporting workings, maintain compliance with operational controls and jurisdictional requirements, and respond to stakeholder queries. The role supports process improvements, system initiatives, client and vendor relationships, and collaboration with internal operations teams.
