Manage client onboarding for private equity, real estate, and debt fund launches and conversions. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate Sales and Integration handoffs, prepare agreements, oversee system and accounting setup, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with ISAE/SOC standards, and provide guidance to operations team members.

Leads private markets fund accounting delivery for assigned portfolios, overseeing NAV calculations, financial statements, investor reporting, fees, waterfalls, capital activity, and compliance. Manages planning, risk escalation, client and third-party relationships, fund onboarding, process improvements, and team development. Reviews complex deliverables for accuracy and timeliness while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and client requirements.

The role also involves client communication, internal collaboration, ad hoc projects, compliance with fund documents, and mentoring junior staff.

Leads the global payments function, setting strategy, operating standards, controls, automation, technology transformation, and service quality. Oversees payment operations, bank connectivity, integrations, investigations, resilience, compliance, third-party providers, workforce planning, and global team development. Partners with technology, product, business, and client teams to support onboarding and expansion while monitoring productivity, capacity, automation, risk, and payment performance.
