Lead and contribute to private equity investments in Financial Services: source and diligence deals, build models, arrange financing, negotiate documentation, manage post-close portfolio work (board involvement, value creation), generate deal flow, lead research, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across global teams toward independent deal leadership.

Design, develop, and support analytics and integration solutions for the Investments division. Contribute to architecture and technology evaluations, deliver high-quality code, participate in CI/CD practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with non-technical end users to meet business objectives.

Lead a team managing end-to-end post-execution global trade operations and middle-office support for cash securities and derivatives. Own governance, risk mitigation, onboarding of new products/markets, stakeholder relationships, process and systems improvements, and talent development to ensure accurate, timely transaction processing and scalable operational excellence.

Manage and maintain the General Ledger, lead period-end and annual close activities, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, support audits and tax filings, provide offshore administration financial support, update user access and reporting specs, lead special projects, and train interns.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Managing Director and Global Funds team: manage complex global calendars, prepare executive materials, triage communications, coordinate travel and meetings, process expenses/invoices, track meeting action items, plan events, and improve processes using collaboration tools while exercising discretion and independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.
