Supports NAV CANADA’s employee wellness strategy by coordinating regional and national wellbeing programs, developing health promotion initiatives, organizing training, evaluating outcomes, researching best practices, and engaging stakeholders. The role supports mental health, crisis management, and wellness programs while building partnerships, influencing employee participation, managing confidential information, and coordinating multiple projects. The position is hybrid with at least four days per week onsite and occasional travel.

Air Traffic Controllers ensure the safe and efficient flow of air traffic in Canadian airspace, requiring strong communication and decision-making skills, with paid training provided by NAV CANADA.
