Provides scientific and technical leadership for climate metrics, indicators, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Lead finance workstreams for Project Finance for Permanence transactions by developing financial models and strategies, designing sustainable finance mechanisms, supporting due diligence and risk assessments, and preparing finance materials. Manage complex work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, oversee consultants, facilitate finance workshops, and support transaction closing. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, project management experience, financial analysis skills, and domestic and international travel.
