Lead implementation and growth of the Mastercard Foundation Fellows Program across Canada. Manage partner relationships, program planning, grants and compliance, convenings, and impact measurement. Develop Indigenous-centered evaluation approaches, amplify Fellows' leadership, and support continuous program improvement and strategic growth across internal and external stakeholders.
